THE ECONOMY
One pool.
Everything is a share of it.
GOLDRUSH has no price list in SOL. There is one pool of SOL, and every ore, every upgrade and the boss's bag is worth a fixed percentage of whatever that pool holds at the moment you sell or buy. When the pool grows, everything pays more. When it shrinks, everything pays less. It can never be emptied.
The pool has not been seeded yet. Every price on this page is shown for the ◎5 it opens with. Until then the game is fully playable and nothing can be cashed out.

What a share is worth
100 Copper = 0.003% of the pool. Today that is ◎0. Every other ore is a fixed multiple of Copper.
| ORE | FOUND IN | ONE ORE = THIS SHARE OF THE POOL | WORTH TODAY | A FULL STOCK HOLD (10) |
|---|
A sale takes its share out of the pool, so the very next ore is worth a hair less. That is why the pool cannot run dry: the last SOL is never for sale at yesterday's price.
What things cost
Prices are shares of the pool too, read at the moment you buy. All of it goes straight back into the pool, where it raises the worth of every ore still in the ground, for everyone.
| UPGRADE | BRONZE | STEEL | SILVER | GOLD | EMERALD | DIAMOND |
|---|
The whole pod, all 36 upgrades: 3.29% of the pool. Supplies: . A full refuel of a stock tank costs about .
The Bagholder
When the boss of the Underworld rises, 2% of the pool is set aside as its bag (today ◎0), and the bag keeps growing with the pool while it waits. Everyone whose drill bit into it shares the bag by damage dealt. It rises again 15 minutes after it bursts.
The burn
2% of every cash-out never reaches the wallet. Once the transfer has landed, that share buys the coin on the open market and the coins it bought are burned for good. Every miner who takes SOL out of the mine leaves a mark on the chart on the way.

What a miner can expect
A skilled miner who spends on the pod as he goes. The pool moves while you play, so read the percentages; the SOL column is today's pool.
| TIME PLAYED | WORKING | ORE SOLD SO FAR | WORTH TODAY | OF IT SPENT ON THE POD |
|---|
The first minutes pay dust on purpose. The deep is where the pool is, and only a pod that was paid for can work there.
Why it holds together
- It cannot be drained. Every sale is a percentage of what is left, never a fixed amount. A thousand miners selling at once still leave SOL in the pool.
- Fees lift everyone at once. When a fee claim lands, every ore in every hold is worth more that second, and so is the boss.
- A crowded mine shares faster. More miners selling means the pool is handed out quicker and each ore pays a little less, until the next fees arrive.
- Spending keeps SOL in the game. SOL spent on a drill is back in the pool and raises every ore for everybody. SOL sent to a wallet is gone.
- Your balance is plain SOL. It does not move with the pool. What it buys does: the workshop is cheap while the pool is low and dear while it is full.
The fine print
- Smallest cash-out: 0.002 SOL (a transfer has its own network cost). 2% of it goes to the burn, the rest to your wallet. Largest single transfer: 0.5 SOL; a bigger balance leaves in several.
- If the pool ever falls below 0.5 SOL, prices stop falling so the game stays playable, and only the pool's true share of a sale is SOL you can cash out. The rest is credit you can spend at the outpost. Right now 100% of a sale is SOL.
- Fuel and repairs are charged when you land, at the same scale. An outpost never leaves a broke miner stranded: it fills the tank for whatever you have.
- Every seed, every fee claim, every boss bag and every cash-out is on the public ledger with its transaction.
